MY SON'S BIRTHDAY!!! Today is my oldest son's birthday! He's 14 years old!!! It's crazy I don't feel old enough to have a child that age. I have to say that I'm very proud of him. He's grown up to be such a kind, respectful, fun-loving teenager. I hear many parents complain about their teenagers, and I always think how grateful I am to have my sweet kids. Each of my children are really enjoyable to be around. We're an extremely close, loving family, the words "I love you" are heard all day long. My children tell each other they love each other everyday, it warms my heart deeply. I grew up that way too. My family always expressed our love and appreciation to each other and still do today. My siblings are my best friends. I'm one lucky girl to have been blessed with such a wonderful family. So David gets to play and relax all day long. We'll have a party for him too this afternoon with family and friends, I'm looking forward to it! Y

DID YOU HAVE BREAKFAST THIS MORNING? Do you eat the most important meal of the day??? What is it you ask? It's breakfast! After 8 hours of fasting through the night your body requires nutrients to jump start your metabolism. Studies have proven that eating breakfast will lower your cravings during the day along with assist in burnng fat for energy. Of course your breakfast needs to be low in calories and fat. So eating 8 pancakes with loads of butter and syrup does not aid in achieving your weight loss goals. MY DIET & EXERCISE ROUTINE :0) I'm very happy this morning! I had a great nights rest, unfortunately it's been awhile since I woke up refreshed and rearing to go. Sleep is imperative for muscle growth and recovery. Being back on schedule has helped a ton now that my kids are back in school. I'm feeling more like me again! Yeah! Lately I've had a lot of inquiries about what I eat and what I do for exercise. I've decided to share my routine along with a sample of my diet. The past few months I haven't been working out as hard as I usually do due to summertime& lack of quality sleep. However, I am now working out hard and feeling great! HORSE SHOW & LIV SXINNEY STAR EVENT Yesterday was one full day! We woke up early and headed to a horse show for my daughter's first horse show. We were all excited. I was a bit stressed I must admit because my husband didn't come home from work - literally! He worked through the night and was still at the office when I woke up. He always helps us get ready for horse shows, so needless to say, I missed him very much. But as always, my sweet, supportive little bro, Jeff, came to the rescue! He's such a stud!!! I don't know what I would do without him. I love him more than life, he's always been my best friend . So he came and helped us prepare for my daughter's big day! Lindsey also came with us, she also showed Pagie Girl. They both did very well. I was so proud of my princess, she took 1st place and 3rd twice in the english walk/trot classes, she did amazing!!! FAMILY & FRIENDS Yesterday was a fun day, my oldest son had a pre -birthday party. His actual birthday is next week during the first week of school. He invited his closest friends and headed off with my husband and brother, Jeff, to race gocarts . They had a blast!!! Then they came home and had lunch, played all day, then had dinner and played night games until 11:00 pm. I loved watching them all laugh and joke around. I can't believe my son is almost 15 years old!!! I don't feel old enough to have a child that old... I still feel like I'm in my 20's. My sweetheart and I always talk about how amazing it is that we're already in this stage of our lives. My dear friend, Angie, moved in my neighborhood from Chicago. I love her family like my own. TODAY'S OUR ANNIVERSARY!!!! XOXOXOX

17 WONDERFUL YEARS!!!! XOXOXOX :) Today's our anniversary! Matthew and I started celebrating yesterday, he took the day off and we just had fun laying around enjoying each other's company. We had a lot fun getting some R&R. Then we went out to dinner with my sweet parents to celebrate their 49 th anniversary. We had a wonderful time together. My parents are such a beautiful couple both inside and out. Their a great example of the importance of keeping a happy, loving relationship. LIV FIT VIDEO Yesterday was a fun but crazy, busy day. I did a video shoot with Tom Jones for ZXoom's website. We had a great time and got some killer footage. It was good to be in front of the camera again too. I did a testimonial which I will post on my blog, I'm excited for the addition. I love Liv SXinney so much!!! It's awesome being part of such an amazing company in so many ways. I have to say I love the people the very most. Everyone is incredibly kind and we all share the same excitement for the product. The energy is high which I love! I'm very tired today, my construction company has been extremely busy, but its all good. I enjoy building, its highly rewarding to help people obtain their dreams. LIV FIT SXINNEY CLUB! Thursday evening was our first Liv Fit SXinney Club support group meeting! My dear friends Heidi, Kellyann and I put it on. My sweet mother came too, I loved having her by my side. She is such a great support in my life. The party was a great success! We had so much fun! Kellyann went over the business side and Heidi went over the products. Then I spoke for over an hour on diet and nutrition. It was awesome! Everyone was excited to learn - I loved it! I discussed how to recognize what triggers overeating and a gameplan on how to handle the situations when they arise . I explained the importance of setting small goals that they could easily obtain. I also had them write 5 postive things they liked about their body along with writing 5 positive affirmations which I asked them to read daily. TONING LEAN MUSCLES It's really important to understand the importance of incorporating resistance training when toning is your goal. To develop good muscular "tone" you need to weight train, which will build lean, defined shaped muscles. Try to lift weight at least 3 to 4 times a week preform 2 exercises per body part, 4 sets per exercise and 12 - 15 reps per set. LIV FIT SXINNEY CLUB Yesterday was a Utah state holiday called Pioneer Day. We had a full day of family, friends and BBQ's . It was such a fun day, but man am I tired... We went to my parents for a family get to gether than later we had a bunch of friends and family come over for a camp fire in our back yard. We had a ball visiting and making s'mores . Then we watched fireworks from our back yard... we'll we were actually in our arena, it was seriously such a great evening. So today I'm on recovery mode... I've gone to bed past midnight almost all week and boy is it catching up to me. I got up and got my exercise clothes on against my will, I was sooo tired... but I was glad I did I had a good workout after all - thanks to my SXinney Water . AEROBIC & WEIGHT TRAINING Try to preform at least 30 minutes of aerobic training at least 5 to 6 days a week. If you're also incorporating weight training into your routine, do weight training prior to doing cardio . This will ensure glycogen stores are depleted, leaving fat as the primary fuel source during and after your cardio session. FLASH GOT HURT What a last few days it has been... Thursday evening my family & Lindsey went up to see Xavier, (my Friesian I sold.) We had such a wonderful time and on the way home we decided to take Lindsey to see Cabella's , a big sporting store. It was around 8 pm and I had a feeling that I needed to get home to check on my horses. I left them out in the pasture and felt impressed I needed to get home. But my kids begged me to take Lindsey to see the animals in Cabella's so I gave in and we went. It was a lot of fun and my children had a blast there, but when we came home all of our excitement vanished into worry, concern and sadness. My precious Flash had just cut his lower eye lid horribly moments before I got to him. The blood hadn't even began to fall. I couldn't believe my eyes, my heart sunk and I tried not to cry in front of my kids. I immediately called my sweetheart to come home and then called the vet. Flash was so sad and in a lot of pain. BODY FAT TESTING Be sure to get your body fat tested on a regular basis. Many people drinking Liv SXinney Water say they're not losing weight as quickly as they had hoped. MY FITNESS GOALS :) It's been a while since I last wrote. I've had my dear friend's family stay with me for almost 4 weeks. We had such wonderful times together, they're like my family. They'll be moving into my neighborhood soon so we'll be neighbors before long - I'm sooo excited!!!! Well, I've decided to record my fitness goals and diet on my blog. I've had a lot of people ask me what I eat, how often and what I do for exercise. So I'm going to keep track of my goals, diet & exercise routine online. My goals are to lose 7 lbs of fat and gain 3 lbs of muscle by August 9 th , (our anniversary). My 5 short term goals are: 1. To exercise 6 days of week doing cardio & weight training 2. To eat clean and eat every 3 to 4 hours - without snacking between meals. 3. To get to bed by 11:00 pm each night, (this is my summer schedule only.) 4. To say my positive affirmations daily and drink my SXinney Water & cRave all day long. 5.

Last night was a distributor "star" meeting up at Lorrie & Cori's cabin. My cute husband came with me, we had such a great time! All of my dear SXinney friends were there too. Heidi & Irene are so cute! I adore them more than they know. We had a delicious dinner and the people there were all like long lost friends. Liv SXinney is such a gift in my life on so many wonderful levels. I feel deeply blessed to be part of such an incredible team. It's my goal to be a director by September! So I'm putting it out there that amazing people will be attracted to me and I too them. I'll attract like minded people that want to be building builders too! I'm tickled! And on the 31st I'm holding the fist LivFit SXinney Club Meeting! I'm really excited for that. TIP OF THE DAY....

To burn that unwanted fat faster try not to eat three hours before going to bed. If you absolutely have to eat then go for a small meal full of protein before going to bed. A protein drink,(without the extras) eggs, or some cottage cheese would be a perfect choice. Then you'll have protein for muscle recovery while you sleep. And if your still hungry then have some Liv SXinney Water & cRave to top it off. Do this for two weeks and I guarantee you'll feel healthier and tighter by the end of the second week. Wow! What a weekend.... the 4 th was full of junk food, over eating - way too many temptations for me... Ugh! My family had such a fun weekend though, I wish I could say it was worth it... but ya, no, it wasn't. We had a big BBQ at my parents home with yummy, yummy food! It was way too good to be honest... Then to top it off we had a weekend get-a-way at my mother-in-laws home with another yummy BBQ. We really did have such a great weekend, but I'm so ready to get back into shape & feel like me again. I'm back in the saddle and hanging on tight! I ate way too much this weekend and I feel it! I'm happy to say that I'm going to lose my damage this week for sure. And I'm going to be true to myself no matter what! Nothing tastes as good as thin feels - that is for sure! Hello again! It's been a while since I last checked in. I decided to change my template to the ZXoom colors. It's kinda fun! I've been crazy busy with my construction company. We finally received an offer on our spec, it was lower than we had hoped, but it's an offer non the less! Yea! The family is wonderful which tickles me. I love our homes so much that it's really important to me that loving families buy them. It will feel so good to have it behind us once and for all. I've also busy with summer activities with my sweet family. One of my best friends and her family are in town too, she's moving back to Utah from Chicago! I couldn't be more pleased! I adore her family so much. We've had a fabulous time hanging out and looking for a rental home for her. She'll probably have us build her a home once her home sells. How often do you clenz ? When was the last time you did a really good detox? It's highly important to clean out your GI tract along with your organs. By doing so you'll be healthier and have more energy. Most people have a lot of weight sitting in their gut - so get rid of it by cleaning it out. What a day! :P Today was such a great day! I had a great day with my kids at home relaxing with them. I also cleaned my house. I love a clean home, it makes me feel happy. When the market went soft we didn't ever fully finish our spec home. We recently decided to finish it by putting in the flat work and AC units... If you're a ZXoomer like me be creative when taking cRave , it's such an amazing product on so many levels. You can add it to your snacks and meals to make them taste like a dessert. Last night's Liv SXinney Party was soooo FUN!!!!! :) If you missed the "Losers Wanted" party at Lorrie & Cori Dyer's cabin you really missed out on great party. You'll have to make it a special point to make it to the next one. It was a blast! Tons of people came, the energy was amazing, and I made a lot of new friends. I can't believe the quality of people that are members of the Liv SXinney family. It's growing like crazy, I absolutely love everyone who is part of this outstanding company. Cori & Lorrie are gracious hosts, they're the most loving down to earth people I know. I'm deeply grateful to have them in my life. My husband, Matthew, came too. He had such a great time. He couldn't believe how awesome everyone was. He had nothing but wonderful compliments as he spoke about the different people he met. It was fun to show him off, he's such a stud! Some people who are drinking SXinney Water & taking cRave have complained about not losing the weight they were hoping for. When I ask them what they're actually eating they realize that they're eating too often and too large of portions. ZXoom Liv SXinney Party! Tonight is the Liv SXinney party at Cori & Lorrie's cabin. It's going to be loads of fun! I'm really looking forward to it! And I'm so tickled, I actually slept well last night! Yea! I'm still a bit tired from lack of sleep this past week, but at least I feel better. My dear friend, Irene, and I started a Liv SXinney company called, LivFit International! I'm very excited. We seriously plan on taking SXinney Water all over the world. Irene's traveled the world and has friends in many countryies, so we'll be traveling together a lot. We're an amazing team! I love her so much. She literally feels like family, I'm sure we knew each other before we came to earth. We're definitely kindred spirits. What a week! Well, I have to say that I haven't been eating as well as I'd like. It's all been good foods but I'm not eating enough fruits & veggies - I have a love for almonds and that's what I've been snacking on a lot. Almonds are so good for you but high in calories... hmmm , I hope our spec home sells this week, the stress of it all is really getting old! I haven't been sleeping as well lately either. I woke up at 6:00 am! Not by choice either..... But it's all good! I'm deeply grateful for Liv SXinney , I can't even express how happy I am that I'm a part of such an incredible company. I'm up 4 lbs!!! I woke up shocked and rather frustrated.... I'm up 4 lbs! I knew I would have damage after pigging out this weekend, but I didn't think it would be so severe! Ugh!!! I didn't take my SW & cRave like I should have. I knew I was going to fall off the wagon and enjoy a weekend of treats so I didn't take my SW & cRave intentionally. I'll tell ya what, I'm back on the wagon big time! Wow! Seriously, it's amazing how quickly I gain water weight. Thank heavens for SXinney Water & cRave ... I'll be diligent to drink it all day again. So I'm going to keep a log of my progress on my blog. Well, today I woke up feeling like I had a cold again! I was not pleased! This spring has been too cold, my kids have coughs and don't feel well either. We're supposed to be out swimming and enjoying hot weather, not resting inside all day. Hopefully we will be soon! I rode Flasher's this evening, he was such a pill! He crow-hopped on me! I swear he's like an adolescent boy. He's all cocky and seems to have a bit of ADD. It's partially my fault of course, I haven't been training him like I should. He's a lot of fun though, once I got him settled down he did really well. I have to get back to training my horses everyday like I used to. I need more time and energy to run my construction company, do Liv SXinney , train my horses and be a fun mom & wife, along with a house keeper, oh yes, and I can't forget working out each day... whew! I ate way too much!!! Ugh!!!! Yesterday was very fun day celebrating my sisters wedding. My family spent the day together laughing, eating and enjoying each other's company. She and her hubby are a perfect match. It was great to see her so happy and in love. We had a luncheon at a really nice restaurant, I decided before going that I would give myself the go ahead to fall off the wagon (hard & landing on my head...) to enjoy a day of delicious treats and fine food. So I did! I mean I really did! And I'll tell you what... it was so yummy but so NOT worth it! I was in major pain last night, I thought I was going to pop! I ate delicious salmon at the restaurant and then came home and ate tons of nuts, mints, fruit, & cream puffs.... I'm still recovering from my wild day.... it's not fun! When you begin a new diet have a game plan. Write down in detail how you want to accomplish your goals. Then each morning and evening read them aloud and focus on seeing yourself as already achieving your weight loss goal. Hi there, Well, my darling sister and her new hubby flew in last night to celebrate their wedding with our family here in Utah. She's soooo cute! I miss her very much and am anxious to spend time with her. Her husband is such a sweetheart. They're a darling couple... but they live too far away. I worked out hard today! I'm very pleased to say the least. I drank my beloved SXinney Water and cRave before hand to ensure I would have enough energy to make it through. I went to bed way too late and woke up at 6:00 am (not by choice however). But I must admit that I love mornings! I look forward to starting my day off fresh, it's a gift to have a new beginning - especially if I didn't eat very well the day before. And I love waking up to my precious children each morning too. They're the light of my life in many ways. Anyway, I did 55 minutes of cardio and lifted weights. I'm a bit tired now, but it's all good. My family's having a lunche

TIP OF THE DAY....

This evening before you go to bed really focus on the blessings in your life. You may want to start a gratitude journal, it will help you realize all the wonderful things in your life. Then write in it each night before you go to to bed. And tonight give your family a big hug and kiss and tell them how much you love them. Having an attitude of gratitude is truly a gift to bring more happiness and joy into your life. So remember to give thanks each and every day.

It's been a very humbling day. I went to several meetings this morning. While at one of them I learned of a child that was recently run over by her mother, I gasped in unbelief - I was literally nauseous. I can't even imagine the pain and agony the poor mother must be going through. Then a good friend of mine told me she was having family troubles, and my heart went out to her. After I talked with her I ran into another good friend that I haven't seen in sometime, and she told me her ex-husband recently committed suicide, I hugged her as she cried on my shoulder. I wish I could help them all and remove their pains and sadness. Hearing all of the heartache today made me sincerely grateful for all that I have been blessed with. I've been really stressed over our spec home, but in the end its just money. I have a loving husband and healthy, happy children. Today's been a day for self reflection and deep appreciation for my life. Life is so interesting each day teaches

Today's been a good day so far. I woke up at 5:00 am again but luckily fell back to sleep until 7:30 am. After drinking my SW & cRave I did 10 miles on my bike. I'm tired, it was a bit more difficult than usual, but I did it and that makes me happy. I'm taking my kids to Thanksgiving Point today. It's a wonderful place here in Utah, it has a dinosaur museum , shopping, fine dining, gardens, and theaters. My kids are excited to get out and enjoy the sunshine. It's supposed to rain tomorrow & Thursday, so we're going to play outside while we can. I have 4 separate ZXoom meetings tonight, it will be a lot of fun. The people that are part of ZXoom are amazing! I love them all so much. When I tell my friends about ZXoom it blows my mind when they're not interested - seriously! They can make a ton of money, (if they work at it) help people lose weight and live healthier lives. It's a no brainer to me, but yet they don't understand... but that&

TIP OF THE DAY...

Remember to hydrate well before, during, and after your workout. I suggest you fill your water with the highly nutritious Liv SXinney Water and drink it throughout your workout. Good morning! I had such a great weekend. My family played and enjoyed the summer weather all weekend long. We had barbeque's, played with our horses and watched movies together - it was relaxing & fun. I'm enjoying every minute of summer already, I wish we had this weather all year round... I say that a lot... maybe someday we'll move to a warmer state or at least southern Utah. But at least we have the beautiful weather now.. Yeah! Well, this morning I woke up ready to workout, I had a good night rest. I had my cRave & SW to give me extra energy so I could workout hard! I did great! I rode my bike for 11 miles then did upper body weight training. I seriously love working out! My best friend's husband got me into a new workout called P90X, it's so dang tough! It's awesome!!!! I tried it last week and now I'm hooked!!! I did it with too much weight though, my knees have been soar since. I hurt my knees really bad about 5 years ago by over training.

TIP OF THE DAY....

When starting the Liv SXinney lifestyle be sure to eat at least 5 to 6 small meals a day. Have 3 main meals consisting of protein, complex carb and a veggie along with 2 or 3 protein snacks. And drink at least 3 or 4 oz of Liv SXinney Water in your 80 oz of filtered water beginning in the morning into the evening. Take cRave along with it, I suggest people take no less than 4 packets a day. If you're addicted to sugar, salt or caffeine you may need 5 or 6 packets throughout the day. Today is such a great day! My kids are home for school!!!!! Yeah!!!! I'm beyond excited! Summer is the life that I love more than anything! I love the smell of the fresh morning air, to hear the birds singing, and to have barbeque's in our back yard. I wish summer latest for at least 4 months... but at least it's finally here! :) I worked out this morning and did great! I'm happy to have the energy to do cardio again. I'm telling you what I feel so excited to have energy again! I'm off to go play with my kids and ride my horses. I'll touch base this evening to report on my diet. I'm going to do great for sure!
