This time of year, the energy in the air is filled with thanksgiving as people from all walks of life are thankful for the many blessings in their lives. I too am extremely grateful... My heart overflows with thankfulness and delight as I relish in the love of my family and the abundance I am continually blessed with. Thanksgiving is a beautiful reminder to reflect and appreciate the infinite blessings received daily. It opens our hearts and minds to that which is plentiful in our lives and brings a sense of peace and gratitude. Having an attitude of gratitude is the foundation to happiness and fulfillment.
