Today's been a good day so far. I woke up at 5:00 am again but luckily fell back to sleep until 7:30 am. After drinking my SW & cRave I did 10 miles on my bike. I'm tired, it was a bit more difficult than usual, but I did it and that makes me happy.

I'm taking my kids to Thanksgiving Point today. It's a wonderful place here in Utah, it has a dinosaur museum, shopping, fine dining, gardens, and theaters. My kids are excited to get out and enjoy the sunshine. It's supposed to rain tomorrow & Thursday, so we're going to play outside while we can.

I have 4 separate ZXoom meetings tonight, it will be a lot of fun. The people that are part of ZXoom are amazing! I love them all so much. When I tell my friends about ZXoom it blows my mind when they're not interested - seriously! They can make a ton of money, (if they work at it) help people lose weight and live healthier lives. It's a no brainer to me, but yet they don't understand... but that's okay, it's obviously not for everyone. I for one am deeply grateful for everything Liv SXinney has to offer.

Well, I'm off to play with my kids now. Have a great day!

Dear Liv SXinney Girl,

I need some advice, I started a new life this morning inspired by you. At 6:30 AM, I woke up, I put on my gym shoes, un-matching socks and hit the gym, it's time to Liv SXinney to the fullest right?? In the past a typical day, I wake up at 8:30 and squirt cupcake frosting directly into my mouth.

So, how was it? Am I loving this new life of activity? Uhh, no. I managed to get to the gym by about 6:40 and I started stretching when it hit me: why am I on an elliptical at 6:40AM? It'd be understandable if I were, oh, Lance Armstrong, Lou Ferrigno or you, but I'm just a regular person. Regular people have no business exercising at that hour of the day, unless they're driven to do so by a crazed dictator.

Even though I've whined and moaned constantly about this schedule, I feel like I have to see it through. Based on how sleepy I've been so far today, expect me to lapse into a Rip Van Winkle-esque coma by next Wednesday.

What I need advice about is how much sleep do I really need to work-out? I have difficulty getting to sleep before mid-night cutting my sleep time a bit short most nights, but I like the idea of starting early and getting the work-out done. If I workout at night forget about sleep I'm too revved up.

Do you have any advice on how to transition to more workout and more sleep?

-Rainy
