I studied all I could about exercise, diet, supplementation and the power of the mind. I soon came to realize that by controlling my thoughts and feelings I could literally achieve my fitness goals and dreams easier and with less effort.
By implementing all which I was divinely guided to I was able to manifest my dreams of living a fit, lean, healthy, happier more abundant life. I accomplished all of my fitness dreams and much, much more… Each area of my life improved dramatically in miraculous ways… Now I live the life of my dreams every single day with an attitude of gratitude and love.

Only you have the power to truly improve your quality of life. If you embrace and love all that you are unconditionally you will shift your energy frequency into a higher vibration which will improve your willpower and self confidence to truly have the desire to succeed.
~ THE POWER OF THE MIND ~
The mind is an incrediblely powerful tool of creation. By choosing your thoughts and emotions on purpose you can turbo-charge manifestation of your intentions being laser focused on your fitness goals. The art of visualizing is also an amazing tool of creation. Visualize yourself as though you were living your dream life now, see your body as you want it to be. You can alter all aspects of your life in addition to creating the body of your dreams.
Another excellent tool to use is to say positive affirmations daily. When you read them do so with emotion ~ feel what it will feel like when you reach your desired ideal weight and size, what will it smell like, look like, sound like and taste like it. Be as descriptive as you can to produce a solid belief system in your subconscious mind. If you practice this several times a day before long you will shift into a higher state of being which will ultimately attract that which you powerfully hope for into your life.
Here are a few examples of how to correctly make powerful affirmations. You can use these or create your own. Always listen and follow your heart when writing down your affirmations. Write your affirmations in the present tense and make-believe that they have already come to fruition.
