Ingredients:
Ingredients:
8 (to 16) ounces of warm water (heated on the stove -- NOT in a microwave)
1/2 tsp dried ginger or fresh ginger (1-inch thumb)
1/2 tsp turmeric (optional)
1/2 lemon freshly squeezed
1/2 tsp cinnamon or a stick of cinnamon
1 tsp raw honey
Add all ingredients but the honey into a saucepan place on medium high heat with one or two cups of water (depending on how strong you like it). Heat for 5 to 10 minutes. Turn off
stove and steep for up to 10 minutes. Strain and pour 8 oz of water into a mug, add honey and mix well.
Drink warm and enjoy!
