To build muscle quickly be sure to eat protein with each and every meal. Be sure to eat a protein, complex carb & veggies for at least 3 of your main meals. Also, to burn fat try not to eat any carbs after 6 pm. Your last meal should consist of protein & veggies. And of course you won't want to forget your SXinney Water and CRave.
