Hiring a fitness coach is highly rewarding. I'm often asked what I do for my clients, so I decided to dedicate this blog to highlighting what I can do for you as your LivFit Coach. I offer two coaching programs.

LivFit Fitness, my personal one-on-one Fitness & Lifestyle Coaching done in my home gym. I charge $50 to $100 an hour (depending on complexity of program) and teach you how to balance your body, mind & spirit in creating the body of your dreams.

12-Week LivFit Transformation Challenge, I am a fitness coach for Liv International ( which offers a transformation challenge. It's $125 for 3 months. It's a great program that's a lot of fun. I love my team, my clients are all awesome! You can join at

What I Can Do for You with LivFit Fitness & LivFit Transformation Challenge!

What are your goals? How do you want to transform your body? · A personalized exercise program that can be done at home or at a gym
· Multiple weight lifting routines each day to ensure optimal results in less time (Remember more muscle burns more fat faster!)
· A specialized cardio program each week to blast unwanted fat
· Tips to maximize your time in the gym to reach your goals more quickly
· The secrets to getting and staying lean for Life!

As a fitness model and coach of 15 years I know what it takes to get & maintain a lean physique. It’s not easy but well worth the effort as you transform your body by living the LivFit Lifestyle. I absolutely LOVE this time of year! I relish the smell of fall in the air and joy of baking delicious fall desserts for my family. I enjoy baking traditional recipes for my family, however, I don't eat sugar nor do I eat wheat or high carb flours. 
Sugar and high carbs only cause weight gain and inflammation in the body, which is why I eat a clean diet free of trans fats, processed foods, sugars and high carbs.  Protein is also a high priority in my diet, I incorporate protein into my recipes when fitting. I use whey protein isolate in all my baked recipes. 
And for good reason, protein keeps blood sugar level and aids in maintaining muscle mass, which is a must for me to keep my lean physique. So needless to say, I make up a lot of low carb recipes to suite my diet and to continue to have fun baking for my family and friends.
