Do what you love to do. Try to do something special for yourself each day. By doing what brings you joy you'll attract more joy and love into your life. Remember you childhood dreams. Think back often to those emotions, fill your life with the feelings of being carefree and happy. Try to surround yourself with the people and places that brings happiness. Take walks with your sweetheart, read a book under a tree, plant some beautiful flowers or play games with your children. By doing so you'll be a better spouse, parent and friend.
