Ginger Weight Loss Drink
8 oz of warm water (heated on the stove -- NOT in a microwave)
1/2 tsp dried ginger or fresh ginger (1-inch thumb -- can grate if desired)
1/2 tsp turmeric (optional)
1/2 lemon freshly squeezed
1/2 tsp cinnamon or a stick of cinnamon
1 tsp raw honey
In a pan, boil one to two cups of water add fresh ginger, strain and pour 8 oz of water into a mug, mix all ingredients stir until well-blended. Drink warm and enjoy!
