Did you know that there's a smarter way to burn unwanted fat then to spend endless hours doing cardio & aerobics in the gym? It's called Interval Training (IT). You can literally burn more fat with less exercise, that means you'll have more time to accomplish your goals for the day by incorporation IT into your fitness program.

To burn fat faster you need to incorporate IT into your fitness routine. What are intervals? Short energy bursts incorporated throughout a cardio routine, typically done every 4 to 5 minutes with moderate intensity between for 20 minutes.

There are two types of intervals, short intervals lasting from 20 - 30 seconds and long intervals lasting 60 - 90 seconds. Intervals are a high intensity using large muscle groups in the body. Sprints are an excellent way to do IT to burn fat at optimal levels. The beautiful thing about doing intervals for 20 to 30 minutes a day is that you'll burn fat faster during and after exercise. You'll blast fat by using your intramuscular reserves which uses the glycogen stores in the muscles and bloodstream for energy. Within an hour after training have a nutritious high protein (about 25 g) and carb recovery drink directly after your tough workout to replenish much needed energy stores to the muscles. And be sure to drink plenty of water (with Liv Sxinney) and eat a small balanced meal 5 to 6 times a day.

Remember to believe in yourself, set attainable goals and focus on the end result until achieved! You can live your dreams if only you believe!
