LOVING YOU Do you love yourself unconditionally?   Do you think positively and speak kind words to yourself when you make a mistake.   Who do you see in the mirror looking back at you?    We all have our ups and downs, it's part of life.  I struggle time to time with keeping my spirits up, but when I feel down I know that it's my higher self reminding me that I'm off track to receiving and creating that which I dream for.  I quickly regroup and get back on track by choosing to be happy and to look for the good all around me.  I soon become my happy, optimistic self once more.

THE KEY TO ACHIEVING YOUR DREAMS Do you know what you want in your life?  What are your dreams?  Do you dream of having an abundant future filled with joy, love, good health and abunda nce?  Do you have an action plan to achieve your goals and dreams? Too often people say how much they wish their life was different but yet they keep doing what they've always done and expect life to change.  If you want to improve your quality of life you must improve your way of thinking.  Every aspect of your life is a mirror of your thoughts.  I  can look at a person in any situation and know what his/her predominate thoughts have been by the quality of life he/she lives.  You too can look at your life, ponder & connect with how and what you think of most with how you live.  Are you positive or negative most of the time?  Do you speak kindly of yourself and look for the good in others?

Most everyone I know either fit, slim, overweight or feeling depressed needs a bit of a push to jump-start their fat-burning machine aka their metabolism. When I have a photo shoot coming up and I don't feel camera ready I have to get my body fat down fast! To reach my weight loss goals within two weeks, which is usually lowering my body fat 3 to 5% I have to mentally prepare my winning game plan first. My modeling weight loss secrets are actually not secrets at all... It all comes down to hard work in the gym, eating right and having a positive mental attitude. I begin by writing my short-term goals, making powerful success affirmations and creating a fitness plan to create rock hard abs and glutes - it all comes down to self mastery, willpower and discipline.

Motivation is the key to achieve success in all areas of life.  It’s what spurs us to action, in wanting and desiring to achieve and have more in our lives.  Too often people wish for change but they do not believe in their own power to achieve that which they dream about.    If you want to be healthier then you have to think positive happy thoughts of health.  You can’t feel sick and tired all the time and expect to have the energy to workout, it just won’t happen.  You always become what you think about most.  You can look at your life now and know what your past habitual thoughts have been regarding every aspect of your life.

DON'T GIVE INTO THE DREADED HOLIDAY 10 LBS! ~ Carol Whitaker ~ EMBRACE YOUR FITNESS JOURNEY TO SUCCESS EVEN DURING THE HOLIDAYS I love the holidays, most e veryone is more giving, kind and forgiving as they focus on Christ, it's truly the most wonderful time of the year!  This holiday season rather than throwing in the eating clean and exercise towel, commit to staying on track with your workout and fitness game plan.  Try to exercise at least 5 times a week for at least 30 to 45 minutes.  You don't have to spend hours in a gym to achieve a hard body, just enough to work up a good sweat and fatigue your muscles.   Eating clean is 85% of the fitness recipe for success.  Embrace a fit lifestyle by prioritizing "you" first every day.  Plan your workouts and meals in advance and then follow through.  Think positive, loving thoughts about your amazing body throughout the day.  See and feel yourself thin as though you
