Liv SXinney Girl Video

MY LIV SXINNEY VIDEO!

We had such a fun time last night at our Liv Fit Party. My good friend, Kristen, signed up to be a distributor! She's going to do awesome!!! I'm so excited for her. She's not only going to feel better but she'll be able to make a lot of extra income as well. Who doesn't want to be thinner, healthier and richer! Life doesn't get better than that! She's adorable and will do very well for sure!

I did a Liv SXinney video for ZXoom, Tom Jones put it together for me; he did an awesome job. I'm telling you what, everyone related to ZXoom are simply the kindest, most enjoyable people to be around - literally! I am so blessed to have so many new friends, I love them all so much!

Anyway, here it is! ;0)

LIVFIT CLUB PARTY TONIGHT!!!


Today has been such a great day already. I've got my house cleaned, my yard is being done even as I type and the sun is shining. And to top it all of its FRIDAY!!! Yeah!!! I love the weekends! Its heaven to be with my family all day long, especially on Saturdays & Sundays, we have so much fun hanging out together.
Well tonight I'm having a LivFit SXinney Club party tonight at my home. I'm excited to have everyone over, we're going to have a lot of fun. Heidi, Irene, & Kellyann are hosting it with me. I love them all so much! I have to say it again... I'm incredibly passionate about Liv SXinney, I really do want to help everyone I know who wants to lose weight and improve their health. It has helped me in many amazing ways. I sincerely feel very blessed to be a part of such an outstanding company from the very beginning! We're going to go over the products, business and fitness tips and trick for successful weight loss. I love sharing what I have learned through the years with people who are open and anxious to receive. I feel extremely blessed to have made life long friends who are also distributors for ZXoom.
Everyone in Utah is invited to our LivFit Club party. If you're interested in coming email me and I'll send you directions on how to get here. The party goes from 7 pm to about 9:30 pm. We do a lot of visiting and enjoy the refreshements. It really is a joy to attend. Everyone that comes always asks if we can hold the meetings weekly.
Well, I'm off to get my work done. I'm looking forward to a wonderful day! :)

TIP OF THE DAY...

HEALTHY MOVIE SNACKS

Having your pantry stocked up with healthy snacks is a great way to start a weekend. So when you want to watch a movie or a favorite TV show after a busy week you can make a yummy low calorie snack to help you relax and unwind. Snacking is an emotionally satisfying. Just be wise and kind to your body by choosing healthy snacks that will make you feel good at the end of the day.

HEALTHY SNACKS

1. My favorite! Air-popped popcorn. Use low calorie butter spray and a dash of cinnamon and you've got my favorite treat! It's low in calories & fat and high in fiber & also has protein, so you can enjoy it without guilt.

2. Hummus. Another great healthy snack. Cut up your favorite veggies for chips and you've got a crunchy, delicious treat.

3. Blended beans and salsa. I love fat free refried beans or blended black beans mixed with salsa. For chips I cut up Mission wholegrain tortillas (that are high in fiber and protein) and bake them in my toaster oven. You can also cut up wholegrain pitas, place them on a pan spray butter spray, sea salt and Parmesan cheese and bake them in the oven until toasted - it's wonderful!

4. Fat free cottage cheese and low fat yogurt. I eat this combination daily. It's high in protein and low in calories and its light and refreshing.

Remember that there is nothing wrong with snacking, only wrong choices when choosing to snack. ;)

ARE YOU REALLY HUNGRY?

When beginning a lifestyle change like the LivFit Lifestyle it's important to understand when your body is truly hungry. Did you know that often times when you feel a hunger pang your body is actually telling you its dehydrated? Or even more often its an emotion; you may be board, lonely or stressed which makes you crave comfort foods to help soothe your feelings.

Here's a few rules to go by to keep your hunger in check:

1. Eat often. Eat a SMALL meal every three hours - without any snacking between meals.

2. Wait 10 minutes. When you feel hungry get a tall glass of SXinney Water and a packet of cRave then wait ten minutes. If you're still hungry eat a handful of nuts, but don't over indulge and give in to extra unwanted calories, especially if it's between meals.

3. Stay hydrated. Drinking at lest 64 to 100 oz of Liv SXinney Water a day will keep you full and will elevate your metabolism. You won't desire as much food when you're well hydrated.

4. Check your emotions. Take note if you're truly hungry or just board. Most people get the munchies (me included) when their board. Stay active and stay busy. Try to stay out of the kitchen when emotions arise.

By really listening to your body you'll soon discover that most of the times you think your hungry you're actually thirsty or its your emotions taking over. Do yourself a favor and really try to follow the rule of eating at least 5 meals a day. By doing so you'll reprogram your body to know when it needs fuel and you'll soon get past the random eating. Make a decision today to begin your new LivFit Lifestyle! Make the change, believe in yourself and follow through. :)

HOW TO LIVE A HAPPY & HEALTHY LIFE


What a fun weekend we had as a family. We celebrated Labor Day by having a family barbecue, we had yummy food, wonderful company, and a lot of relaxation. I have to admit that I ate way to much fruit!!! I literally felt like I was going to pop! I was so frustrated with myself... but it at least I didn't eat anything processed or with sugar. Still the same, I had way too much of a good thing. So now that I've recovered I'm back on track! Yeah!

Often times I see people staring at me in a grocery store or at dinner. At first it used to bother me but now I just ignore it. It's because I feel good about myself and people are drawn to a positive person with a high self-esteem (not an arrogant attitude). I've even been approached with questions of how I stay looking young. I thank them then tell them how I live my life. I am richly blessed with a loving family fist and foremost which makes for a happy life. And in return I reflect happiness and security.

Anyone who really wants to live their best life has to want to be happy and feel great. My top ten tips for looking your best and feeling great is sure and simple. It has always worked for me.

LOOK YOUR BEST TIPS

1. Get up in the morning and say aloud or in your mind 5 things that your grateful for. Start your day off right - having the attitude of gratitude.

2. Get showered and put on make up or shave (for you men out there) every day! It doesn't have to take long, by taking pride in yourself is telling those around you that you love who you are. Then put on a nice outfit and not sweats or an oversized T-shirt. By doing so you'll feel better about yourself from the very beginning of the day.

3. Get in an exercise routine. Morning, noon or evening whatever fits your schedule get at least 30 minutes of heart pumping fitness into your day. Try to get your heartrate up in the morning and again in the evening if you can. Make it a priority daily!

4. Tell those around you that you appreciate and love them. The more you are grateful for the more you will have to be grateful! It's a beautiful thing!!!

5. Take at least 10 minutes for yourself each day to ponder and reflect on spirit. Be prayerful daily and know that there are no accidents, everything in life is for our learning and growth. After all, you wouldn't be who you are today without the experiences in your life.

6. Eat clean wholesome foods! The saying "you are what you eat" is very, very true. Most people feed their cars and animals better than themselves! Don't you want to live a long healthy life for your family? Then buck up and eat right! There are no more excuses - eat every 3 hours consisting of a lean protein, complex carb & veggies. It's sweet and simple and you'll feel great too!

7. Don't forget to drink your water! You're mostly made of water, your body need to be replenished well to rebuild strong healthy cells. Drinking high ph water and Liv SXinney Water will keep you in a high ph level and will detox you all day long as well. By staying hydrated you'll have more energy, your metabolism will increase, your health will sky rocket and your skin and hair will also improve.

8. Get plenty of zzzz's. Getting to bed early will not only help you feel happier but you will also have more muscle after a good hard workout from the day before. Sleep is essential to good health. Try to get to bed before 10:30 pm! Your body will be grateful you did!

9. Have fun! Take time for some true R&R everyday. Life can become way too stressful if you let it. Take time to read a good book, play with your kids, walk your dog, cook your favorite meal, talk to a friend, or have a date with your sweetheart.

10. BELIEVE IN YOURSELF! How many times do you find yourself saying something negative about yourself? How does that make you feel? It's not healthy in any way, shape or form - so stop self sabotage and self doubt today! Start today by saying "I love you" each time you see yourself in a mirror or a reflection in a window. Be kind and loving to your body. Believe in yourself! You really can accomplish anything you set your mind to. Believe you can, follow through and achieve your goals! And remember you are the most important person on earth!

So there you have it! Live these principals and I guarantee you'll look your best and feel great! And you'll be on your way to living a happier more fullfilled life! :)
