One of the most powerful superfruits is the awesome avocado. It’s not only delicious on sandwiches and in salads but it is loaded with powerful nutrients which support the body enabling it to be healthier, more youthful, vibrant and energized.
Most people today do not get enough good fats in their diet. Eating fat has brought about visions of weight gain throughout the years due to the “fat-free” diet craze in the 1990's. The problem with having a diet stripped of healthy fats is good cholesterol is compromised and the brain is prone to emotional illness due to the lack of proper and much needed healthy fats that is required for a highly functioning brain.
Most people would do much better if they had at least 40 to 50 percent fat in their diet when eating a clean diet that is filled with lean organic protein, lots of delicious organic veggies and very little carbs. You really are what you eat. By feeding your amazing body with the nutrients, it requires to stay healthy and strong you will not only feel better, but you’ll look better too!

Avocados are loaded with life-prolonging vitamins and minerals. According to the California Avocado Commission, a whole medium-sized avocado contains wonderful fiber, potassium (more than double a banana) and about 22 grams of fat, two-thirds of which is good fat, monounsaturated. Avocados also have vitamin E, Folic Acid and B vitamins which aid in lessening stress and anxiety in addition to health and wellness. It also aids in preventing birth defects. Those are just a few of the more than 20 essential nutrients they have. All of which assists in turning back the hands of time as the powerful nutrients also improves anti-aging naturally.
If you’re big into eating organic foods you don’t need to worry about tainted pesticides impregnating avocados, they are powerful in protecting themselves. Their touch outer skin protects the fruit from pesticides keeping the fruit free of chemicals so you don’t need to spend the extra cash on buying organically grown unless you prefer to do so.

Avocados also offer healthy monounsaturated fats. 
Avocados have excellent anti-inflammatory properties as well which is an unknown chronic condition in most ill individuals. This super fruit may also help protect against liver damage and maintain liver health. Due to its beneficial raw fat content, avocado enables your body to more efficiently absorb fat-soluble nutrients such as alpha- and beta-carotene and lutein that is found in other foods such as carrots and spinach when eaten in conjunction with an avocado.

How to Eat Avocados 
Avocados can add delicious flavor to many dishes. My favorite is to add them to my salads, I simply cut them vertically down the middle, then remove the seed and dice the avocado with a paring knife and then use a large spoon to scoop it out. It's simple to make bite size pieces without making a mess. 
You can eat avocados in a verity of ways. You can add them to omelets  sandwiches, pitas, salsa or you can eat them alone with cherry tomatoes topped with EVOO & organic apple cider vinegar or balsamic vinegar.  You can also use them in place of fat when cooking and baking.
