When you begin a new diet have a game plan. Write down in detail how you want to accomplish your goals. Then each morning and evening read them aloud and focus on seeing yourself as already achieving your weight loss goal. Stay focused on the future in a positive way, speak kindly to yourself and before you realize it you'll be well on your way to a fit, thin, healthier you! And as always don't forget to drink your SXinney Water! :)
